Tried skipping after many years as I remember how much fun I used to have when I was young. I thought it would be easy but don't get fooled. Once you get the technique right it's awesome. But I suddenly went back. Got it all wrong & ended up cutting my hand as its steel coated! But once I practised without the rope just the wrist movement & got back to it. The results once you achieve are priceless! This skipping or speed rope is awesome. Very well made & simple yet elegant! It's good for beginners & pros! It sounds & feels great.
