I don't really use this bottle while working out, but for everyday day water intake use. I love strawberry and mint in my water, but I was constantly having to stop and pick mint pieces from my tongue. This water infuser makes it so much easier to drink my infused water without having to worry about fruit hitting me in the face. It's very easy to clean and has good integrity. It doesn't crack as easy or scratch up like other plastic water bottles (I've dropped it. couple times).
